WHEEL ODDS

BC.Game roulette odds, compared with Dice and Limbo

Roulette and the in-house number games look alike: pick a chance, accept a payout. Setting them side by side shows why the edge, not the layout, decides what a stake costs.

THE WHEEL

How the numbers work on a wheel

A single-zero wheel has thirty-seven pockets and a double-zero wheel has thirty-eight. A straight-up number pays thirty-five to one on both, yet fair odds would be thirty-six or thirty-seven to one, and the gap is the edge. That gives roughly two and seven tenths percent on a single zero wheel and five and a quarter percent on a double zero wheel. Always check which wheel a live table uses.

ROULETTE VERSUS DICE

Number games side by side

A roulette bet and a Dice threshold both trade chance for payout. They differ in what you can adjust.

  • Fixed bets versus a slider

Roulette offers set bets such as colour, odd or even and single numbers. Dice lets you slide the threshold to any chance you like.

  • Speed

A live wheel turns at the dealer's pace. A Dice or Limbo result arrives in a second or two.

  • Checking the result

Eligible Originals rounds can be checked with provably fair mechanics. A third-party live wheel cannot.

Common roulette bets and their chances
BET TYPES

Common roulette bets and their chances

On a single-zero wheel, the chances of the most common bets work out as follows.

  • Colour or odd and even

Eighteen pockets out of thirty-seven win, about forty-nine percent, and the bet pays even money.

  • Dozens and columns

Twelve pockets win, about thirty-two percent, and the bet pays two to one.

  • Single number

One pocket wins, about two and seven tenths percent, and the bet pays thirty-five to one.

HELP

Where to confirm a table's rules

  • No system works

Betting systems reshape losses but cannot remove the edge.

  • Adults only

Players must be at least 18 or of legal gambling age where they live.

ROULETTE QUESTIONS

Questions on roulette odds

Short answers for readers weighing a wheel against fast number games.

What are the real bc game roulette odds?

They depend on the table. Check whether it has one zero or two and what payouts are shown.

Is roulette fairer than Dice?

Fair in the sense of honest draws, both can be. Only eligible Originals can be checked by the player.

Which bet loses slowest?

Each bet has the same edge on the same wheel, so the answer depends on whether you prefer frequent small wins or rare large ones.

Do hot and cold numbers matter?

No. Every spin is independent, and a number that is late or frequent is no more likely next time.
